1) I would like to buy a really old detached house with potential for rebuild. 2)Then rent out to a childcare/preschool. What is the usual rental for this target group and is it easy to find such a specific group to rent out to?

Hi Joyce,

There are some of my clients exploring this option as well.

Some of the landed locations they are looking for include Punggol and Bedok.

The rental would have to be determined by the size of the land ultimatly.
