Hi Teck,

You have already fulfilled your MOP and have already fully paid for your HDB, therefore you are eligible to rent out your HDB and will be eligible to loan to a maximum of 80% of valuation or purchase price of the condo you intend to purchase, whichever is lower.

Hi Teck,

Like most of the fellow agents had mentioned, you are absolutely eligible to purchase a condo as your HDB had MOP. Likewise, you can loan up to 80% of your purchase as you have no outstanding loan. Downpayment will be 5% cash, 15% CPF.

There are not any restrictions in tenanting out your unit but the tenants must fulfill certain conditions before they can rent your place.
