1. Is it normal to pay an 'admin/booking fee' for facilities on top of your monthly maintenance fee? 2. Where does these 'admin/booking fee' for facilities go? To the developer or to the upkeep of the facilities? 3. Is it normal that in the case of Minton, racquet sports courts cost $10/hr, BBQ pits $30, etc higher than public facilities?
