(1) What is your view on the prices of landed properties in Upper Serangoon - have they reached a peak yet or is there more room for up side in 2010/11; and
(2) Does the rise in high end properties signal the end or plateau of the property bull run for MID LEVEL landed properties OR do you think it will continue to help mid level properties prices to continue rising?

Hi G Ho,

Landed properties in all districts has been looking upwards for quite sometime and despite the gloomy outlook on economy, most people we have spoken to are still pretty confident in the prices holding on if not up in the near future.

Have you gotten a unit yet?
