Actually I was looking for a 4 bedded but notice the listings been here for the longest time. I hear the sticky building inherited leaking issues come back on and off, and can only be resolved unless they reconstruct them.
I heard rumour that the some of the development near the marine parade road will eat into it for road widening and MRT track coonstruction.....Can someone enlighten?
