There has been relatively good transaction volume for the project this year and I believe it certainly has its demand if pricing is right.
To quote an example, I have just sold a 3 bedroom condo last night in the north, where the entire marketing process was 6 weeks, of which initial pricing for 4 weeks was slightly above market expectations. Once pricing was adjusted to match the market trend and recent transaction, it was sold to the very next buyer who made the viewing appointment.
