single SC can purchase a BTO (2rm flexi in non mature estate) if not resale HDB or condo.

You will be limited up to 5rm flat if you are taking HDB loan.

A Single SC above age 35 can purchase a resale HDB flat of any size, or a private condo.

1) Single SC age 35 and above is only eligible to purchase a 2-rm BTO/SBF (99 yrs leasehold) in a non-mature estate.
2) Only when purchasing resale HDB flat then will have the choice of flat types.
