Good afternoon Tan Thi,
I am afraid to inform you that there's no single SPR scheme. In order for you to purchase a resale HDB, you have to form a family nucleus with married spouse (Singaporean or SPR).
Alternatively you might want to consider dipping into private property as a single. You might want to share more information about your finances (cash and CPF OA funds) on hand, requirements etc so I will be in a better position to advise and assist you further.

EM are considered as HDB unit. SPR are only eligible to purchase HDB unit when they are married to another SPR where both have held onto it for more than 3 years, or married to another SC, aged 21 and above. There is no eligible scheme for SPR to purchase it under single scheme.
