Can foreigners with Long Term Visit Pass (LTVP) holders rent private condominiums in Singapore under their name? For e.g. LTVP lasts from 2023 till 2027 but only renting 1 year till 2024.

Why are the foreigners in Singapore in this case? Are they working in Singapore or studying? Their passes should be valid in order to rent a property in Singapore. Read More
