I have stayed in my HDB flat for more than 5 years, and I intend to buy a private property for investment. May I know what are the recurring expenses that I need to be aware of other than the monthly installment.

Hi PropInvest,

Beside the monthly installment, the recurring cost would be your Monthly Maintenance Fee. This is billed every quarter, with GST.
