Hi, i am SPR & want to buy house with the budget of 500k to 750k in Singapore. With the perspective of investment & own stay for 5-years, whether buying HDB will make sense or OR CONDO... Yogi

Hi Yogi,

In term of investment, it would be better to get a Condo. However, based on your budget, you can get a 2 bedroom at the most. Therefore, you may want to consider whether a 2 bedroom is sufficient for your family or not during the stay.
