Good morning Sir/ Mdm,
Probably you can check on the clauses in your Tenancy agreement.
But usually there's no pretermination clause as such especially for 1 year lease and for 2 years lease, it will be diplomatic clause if tenant has to leave Singapore.
If not you can have a discussion with landlord to have an agreement to break the lease earlier.
