1) 2 single SCs can apply under the Joint Single scheme provided both exceed 35 yrs old for a 2-rm BTO flat.
2) If you had only bought a BTO/SBF or resale flat with a grant once.
3) Once you confirmed you did not utilize more than one subsidized flat, you may be a co-applicant with the other SC.
Do note you will have to dispose of your current flat within 6 mths upon key collection of the 2-rm BTO flat.
4) You will be automatically listed as an essential occupier because of the scheme you are using.
