Hi,

Once option fee is accepted and OTP is granted, the Seller will not be able to pull out of the deal. The Buyer can however walk off from the deal by not exercising the option if they feel uncomfortable with the purchase.

Sorry to hear that the seller agent is not responsive to you. Once OTP is issued, buyers have 21 days to consider whether to exercise the OTP. If you dont intend to go ahead, your option fee is forfeited unfortunately.

I may advise you to go through CEA if there is any dispute or unhappiness in the transaction. I myself have not encountered such issue before as being responsive to queries is basic courtesy.
