Our intent to sell expired before resale application submission but otp exercised at an earlier. Agent asked me to register again and write to hdb to appeal. But i want to ask if we change our mind to sell, can the otp be void in this case & we hv no liability for legal? Can the buyer still sue us in this case?

Hi,

When the OTP is exercised, buyer has the rights to pursue to close the deal.
