Can PRs buy executive condos

Hi,
1) SPR is eligible to buy resale EC; i.e. EC reached MOP.
2) EC that is on sale but didn't reach MOP is not eligible for SPR. This type of EC will still be under HDB ruling.
3) You may buy these resale ECs under single or as a family.
4) Because resale EC is considered private residences for SC and SPR.
5) Foreigners will only be allowed to buy these EC after they reached its' 10th year's birthday.

Dear Buyer,
PRs can only buy ECs that are more than 5 years old. ECs are much more affordable than Condos. As such, they are very good investments. But, do you know which are the better ones and why? Call me to find out.

5% Cash = $50,000
20% Cash/CPF = $200,000
