can someone advise - is it a good buy of a 3room Bedok North Ave right now? i have seen a 33 year 3rm flat at bedok north and am keen to buy - almost original condition and valuation at $330k - asking cov $25k
what i am afraid that it might be a bit high side and being old however, the location is just 0.82km frm the bedok mrt and there is a lot of upgrading at the central
