I am looking for a 1500 sq ft unit around thomson, YCK, Pierce, bishan area. 4br. Budget below $2m. What is a good value property for a young family with kid, have good layout and why? And I am concerned with the NS expressway affecting all these areas I m looking at. Eg nuovo, castle green. Worried about uncertainty of noise and dust and potential upside,
