Asked by Unbelievable!
I just got my valuation for my flat in one of the newer blocks in Holland Close (District 10) and it was valued at a mere $560 per sq foot when the valuation report states clearly that the condition of my home is "Above Averag. I find this quite ridiculous when most of the older properties here and in the entire Queenstown area are valued higher and selling between $600 and $700psf. Should I get another valuer?
