Dear sir, The value of a property differs among buyers. In the first place, why are you even considering these locations if you have already identified the age as a concern? There must be certain intangible values which you are able to identify with in order to have considerations for these properties. Would purchasing properties elsewhere affect your plans in terms of travel to and fro work or parents? Sometimes, value or worthiness of properties are not simply just looking at their market value and age, but the amount of convenience it brings you and your family, where the intangible costs savings generated can be worthwhile.
