Hi I'm a single chinese Singaporean, eligible to buy HDB flat on my own as I am above 35. With the new housing regulations, is it better for me to buy HDB or condo?

If HDB, I'm looking at 4-rm corner unit mid-high floor preferable in Toa Payoh, Braddel or Bishan area, not more than 20 years. Which estate units are more expensive? Toa Payoh or Bishan?

Thank you for answering my queries.

To buy HDB or condo is all depending on your requirement. Well condo is recommended if you fully enjoy the facilities. The price at Toa Payoh , Ang Mo Kio and Bradell are all quite expensive in the comparision of other HDB estates due to it centralized location. The price differ from the exact location, floor area and unit level. To have more understanding on your needs so as to serve you better, please contact me at 97110202  Casey Lee from ERA. Thanks. Hi RL,

If you have decided to choose Bishan, you may contact me. As I've been staying in Bishan for the past 18 yrs, I am very familiar with this area. I would be glad to serve you and drive you along for viewing. Regarding COV, Bishan flat is still commanding at $30K upwards.

Please feel free to drop me an email or call me directly for further discussion.

Thanks & Best Regards
