Currently I have been owning an exec condominimum for 12 years. My spouse has recently passed away. Can I transfer my condo to my child (24 yrs old) and i buy myself a resale flat? This helps to keep expenses down.

Morning Linda,

You can transfer the unit to your child. Legal and stamp fees will be incurred as there's transfer of name.
After which, you are eligible to purchase resale HDB, under single scheme, if you are SC, using Bank loan.
