Dear Agents, i have a studio (possibly one with the best attributes amongst the limited studio units) at Spring@Langsat for sale. Have signed an exclusive that expires on 16 June but i am not keen on further exclusive arrangements. Also, i am only offering a 1% commission. Please indicate your interest if you are keen to market my unit. For easy management, i intend to work with only 3-5 agents, esply those who have existing clients with interest and those who have consientiously followed up with me (Thank you!). I have a reserve price in mind which i will share separately. I am in no hurry to sell, hence will consider rental in July if there are no takers by then.
