Hi,

1) There is a joint-single scheme available to assist singles to own a flat.
However, I'm afraid you are not eligible for it.
(a) All applicants must be Singapore Citizen
(b) If all applicants are under 35 years old but more than 21, your status must be either widowed or orphan.
(c) If all applicants are above 35 years old, your marriage status must be either unmarried or divorced.
(d) If one of the applicant is above 35 years old, but income not sufficient to finance the purchase. The other applicant who are below 35 years old must not have another sibling who is below 35 years old buy/own another flat under:
- Orphans Scheme
- Single Singapore Citizen Scheme
- Joint Singles Scheme

Based on the above criteria listed by HDB, you are not eligible to purchase a HDB flat, until one of you reach 35 years old.
