Dear Agents, I've a family of 5 from China, whom are soon going to be PR of Singapore this coming November. This family have business in China and they will be sending their children to study at NUS soon. They would like to rent a condo for stay at somewhere in Bukit Timah. Preferably along Stevens Rd and at least a 3 BedRooms(Priority choice - Maplewoods). Budget wise can go up to 5k or more if they like the place. Their min requirement is - the house must be furnished. They will be here in SG next week. Arrangements for viewing must be done asap.
