Dear All,

As per Court order to transfer 90% shares of my 4rm hdb flat to my ex-wife, will i be subjected to any levy when i buy a bto in the future?
The 4rm flat was bought in 1996 with a CPF grant of $40K.
Any advice and Thanks.
