I am a Singapore citizen. I had bought HDB 5room three years ago and took housing grant 30K. This was my 2nd purchase bought under resale market. can I buy / apply for BTO or EC now released by by HDB

Afternoon Shanmugam,

I would assume that your first unit is a resale unit without grant. Your current unit is your first subsidized unit, right? You can try to apply for the new HDB units / EC but will be subjected to your income status. You will also be classified as second timer.
