Dear all.
I'm a serious buyer. The seller back out and intend NOT sell his unit to me, 2weeks after our 1st apptmt. But i saw his agent advertised again intend to sell that unit with higher selling price. I had paid $5k deposit and valuation report fee $200 in all.

I'm currently renting a unit with my family of 8 members and only sole breadwinner. With this case, i had to extend my rental which was uncalled for till i got a new flat to purchase and rental fee cost me a bomb ($3.5k/mth ) Can i take legal action against the seller.?
How to recover back all monies that i had put in a.s.a.p and can they compensate back all financial losses?
eg 1:renting fee extension 3-4 month
est.($14k)
eg 2:Higher cov for my new purchase flat
and others.
All my plans especially financial has been screwed up by them and they must responsible for this..

Pls advice.

Dear Jacky,

You can engage a lawyer to advise you on this.

Currently, it is also important to find a permanent stay for your family due to the rental cost.

If I can be of any help, please contact me.

I look forward to hear from you soon

Thanks.
