Dear all property gurus,
I am looking to buy a condo for rental yield & investment purpose. I already own a 5-room HDB & was told by the bank I can only loan 70%. I have Cash + CPF S$70,000. I would really appreciate your kind advice is it possible for me to invest with that kind of $$ in new or about to TOP soon property, so that i can rent out to get rental income. I am open to all posibilities.
