In addition to the sharing from Mr Kleinman, please also note that it is very important to assign a sole agent to market your property. There are total of 982 units in City Sq Residences. If 30% of the owners deicide to rent the units, there are close to 300 units from City Sq Resident searching for tenants. It will be a very competitive market.

As such, you need to work closely with a sole agent to come up with "exclusive marketing strategy". You will need to review with your appointed agent to market your property at the "RIGHT" price, and at the "RIGHT" timing.
