Hi . I am going to move in mid of october most probably. i am looking for a two bed room condo or executive HDB in or near district 03. i want to keep the rent under 3000 for condo and 2500 for hdb executive. please tell me if its possible also i need to know the amount you pay first time including rent, good faith and security and paper work cost.

Hi there!

With your budget of $3000 for a 2 bedder in Prime District 3, it might be a bit tough to find a unit as there will be very limited or no choices.

If you're able to stretch your budget to about $3500, you'll have many more options.

For payment wise:
1 year lease - pay 1 month deposit + 1st month rent
2 year lease - pay 2 months deposit + 1st month rent

If you are looking for an agent to represent you, find a unit and to handle all the paperwork for you, then the agent comm applies.
Agent comm:
1 year lease - 1/2 month rent as comm
2 years lease - 1 month rent as comm
