Dear Gurus, I am on the lookout to buy a condo preferably those aged less than 3 years or nearing completion in the next 1 year or so in district 15. Need to move in within this year. Preferrably 3 bedroom with at least 990 sqft, high floor, no afternoon sun, basic condo facilities (swimming pool, bbq pit), my budget is around 900K. Thanks, Alex.
