Hi,

Its quite straight forward.

Firstly, go into a bank and check what is the amount that you are eligible to loan. Based on your annual income of $98k. I don't forsee you will encounter any difficulty on this.

Secondly, ensure that you have enough cash or CPF for the downpayment. You need 5% cash and 15% CPF for the downpayment. Therefore, based on $1 mil property, you will need $50k cash.

Generally, condo at Changi near airport are slightly cheaper. You can probably get a unit about $800k.
