Dear Gurus , I'm indonesian foreigner , i have paid my mortgage for one Condo in Singapore , and thinking to invest buying another condo with budget 2 M in the city area , pls kindly tell how many % could i get from the bank mortgage than how many % the down payment + Stamp duty , so i can estimate my expenses budget ,thank You very much

Hi Mr Leonard Yu,

For foreigner(not based in Singapore),the max loan amount would be 70%(subjected to bank's approval)..Which means you will need to come up with 30% downpayment(assuming you are eligible for max loan)..Stamp duty payable would be approximately 3% + additional 10%(for foreigner).Please contact me for further info..Thank you

Hi Leonard, Since you have fully paid up your properties, you are eligible up to 80% for another property,(But not all the banks can do it) and 13% stamp duty.
