Dear gurus,
My name is Sally, I am a PR and together with my partner (Sporean), we applied for a BTO flat 2 years ago. The BTO flat is not completed yet.
I have 1 overseas property which I did not declare since the beginning as I did not know that I had to.
Until recently, there're hdb measures saying that people who have overseas property must dispose within 6 months then I realized that I must declare.
I have asked HDB and they say we must appeal. What do we have to say in the appeal and are there any consequences after we send in the appeal?
