Do you think INVESTING in Singapore is it a Need or a Want, looking at Singapore's economy? With properties value so expensive plus very low rental yield, 2-3%. If lets say I buy a house which cost $600,000.. Rent to a tenant, 2% of $600,000 is 12k per year. It took 50years to breakeven. Not just that, finding a tenant also may be a problem hmmm.. Any suggestions?
