Hi Silas,

I don't see a reason why you must sell. If your other condo rental is able to pay for the monthly installment, why need to sell? If you can hold, hold it for future appreciation and sell when there is next property boom.

Please feel free to drop me an email or call me directly for further discussion.

Thanks & Best Regards

Hi,

I would be good if you managed to sell a few months back before the new rules started.
Currently buyers are waiting to see how market will react with the new rules. If you are able to get your returns rental and hold on to your properties, it would be prudent to hold on and wait out the next cycle as housing in Singapore has always enjoyed its high appreciation rate for long term.

Cheers,
