There is no difference between buyer 1 and buyer 2. The percentage of servicing can be determine among yourselves and conveyed to the banker when purchasing.

You may hold the flat under joint tenancy which the interest in the estate is passed on to the other party upon the death of one party or tenancy in common in which the percentage of holding is pre-determined.
