Hi Gurus I think I must be a little naive posting this question in here as many agents rice bowl is on making commission from selling & buying. I come across a Blog stated, buyers no need to pay 1%. In this circumstances so many properties was advertise here, if a buyer interested an unit, who are we to approach for the purchase without paying the commission ? Who will want to represent the buyer for no reward in return? Please enlighten me.

Evening, Under CEA ruling, agents that represent the seller are not allowed to represent the buyer. So if you opt to purchase a unit that's being represented by their agent, you will be required to DIY your purchase or get another agent to assist you on the paperwork. But as to getting things done for you and be answerable to any legal concerns, I doubt that such things will likely take place. As you will not work for your employer without any pay.
