Due to the new MAS ruling,are banks strict to genuine home buyers?We are sc couple,if we intend to buy a new ec,no property at hand,no bad credit,are we able to appeal for higher home loan if our approved home loan is lower?

Hi

Most of the time even after appealing, your approved loan amt will not changed much as bankers have a fix set of calculation before deriving an approved loan amt. Cheers!
