Morning Krishna,

For standard two years lease, security deposit is two months. This is clearly indicated on the TA which will be signed by both landlord and tenant. As for commission payable, if the rental is above $3000, tenant will not be require to pay commission as this would be shared between landlord and tenant's agent.
