recently i renting a place to stay around District3. rental is asking around $3.8k after nego reduce to $3.6k and i almost signing the LOI but agent asking me to pay him his commission. HE say his co-broke agent not sharing commission with him. I m confuse with his explanation. As a landlord myself i know landlord will pay full com to agents as long is more then $3k. Is this new guide line for tenant to pay his agent com even rental is $3.6K or $3.8K
