For HDB rental, can landlord refuse to return deposit under this conditions?
1. The tenancy agreement is not stamped but the landlord did register rental with HDB.
2. Upon exit, only wear and tear items is damaged. Do deposit reduction includes wear and tear?
3. In the unstamped tenancy agreement, there is a cap of repair fee. Can this be contra off from the total deposit reduction?
