2) Real estate is an individual business, you can decide when to start your business.
3) I would suggest you make a decision on which agency to join and look for a mentor from there as early as possible.
4) Not only you can receive assistance from the mentor, but you can also apply for a license immediately after you received your result.
5) You have to wait for 4~6 weeks before the license is issued from CEA.
6) There is a lot of ground knowledge you have to pick up before you know what to do after you passed the exam.
