Hi, I just passed my RES exams in May 2014's examination. May I know what is the next step and how long does the application take to join an agency?

Morning, Well done for passing the first gantry into our industry. You will need to find someone who you think you might be comfortable working with and join the agency as an associate. Getting into a well established agency does have its perks but the team and your mentor plays bigger role in what is to come for your future within the industry.
