Goodday, I'm looking at selling my 5 Room HDB to purchase a resale 3 bedder condo at the Parc Condo. No outstanding loan for my current HDB. What are the issues I have to pay attention just so that i can have a seamless transfer without having to put up with short term rental?

Afternoon,

It's always good to plan ahead. As you do not have any existing loan, you can get a 80% loan, for the upcoming private property.
What we need to worry is more on your financial status.
For pruchase, do you have enough CPF + Cash, to purchase the condo first or do you need the money from your HDB sales to be pumped into the private property? We also need to work out on the condition of the unit, that you prefer to purchase: nicely done up or original condition to be done up to your taste.
For sales, we need to know your ideal or the realistic selling price, to gauge how long we need to market your unit.
There are quite abit of things to be ironed out, before a concrete and feastible plan can be generated.
Do feel free to contact me if you require further assistance.

Hi,

If you can manage the downpayment for the purchase of the Parc without the cash proceed from your the sale of the HDB flat, you may like to consider to purchase first and sell later

Thanks.

Dear owner,

The key question I have is if you have the ability to cough up the downpayment portion for your purchase, otherwise things can potentially get messy with the situation you have described highly likely to happen.

I am serving a client now which is facing the exact same situation as you now therefore if you have the time for discussion, please contact me through mobile or email.
