Hi HDB Upgrader,

Based on the figure that you provide, I thought that 50% will be the min loan you will be looking at.

Your proceeds from your HDB will be approx $500 to $550k, inclusive of CPF.

Assuming the purchase is $1 mil, 50% will be $500k downpayment, plus $24,600 stamp duty.

The cheapest 3 bedroom in Sengkang/Punggol right now should be either Florida or Rivervale, both approx $900k up.
