Dear landlord,

In today's market, unless the salesperson is super desperate without any units to market, it is unlikely anyone will be keen in your unit because there are landlords out there who are even more desperate to secure tenants fast and willing to pay more than the usual commission payable to get the unit rented out. Such arrangement you have described does not apply to the market today therefore if you have no plans to pay service fees, I sincerely wish you the best of luck in securing a tenant.

Thank you but all these years I have rented my unit without paying agent fees. Just that my agent have stopped doing property.
Hi there!

You may wish to advertise in free online property portals for direct tenants if you do not wish to pay an agent fee. However, results may vary, best of luck!

Hope this helps!
