Unfortunately no as PropertyGuru only allows licensed realtors with a paid subscription account to put up their listings. In fact homeowners are encouraged to engage the services of a professional realtor to rent out their place, given that many tenants prefer to work with agents listings instead of home owner direct due to the ongoing and rising number of rental scams now.
In addition, it could be beneficial for owners to engage a realtor given that we will be conducting background checks on the tenants to minimise the risks for landlords, and since commission is only applicable when there is a successful transaction, this amount can be built into the monthly expected rental from the tenant, which means tenants are indirectly paying for the commission instead. So you need not pay any advertisement fees, which does not guarantee results on your own.
