3 months rent is not going to be easy to find as most landlords will prefer minimum 1 year lease. you are looking for a whole unit and based on existing rental, it should be minimally $3,000 but for short term, it is likely going to be more.

For most units usually they are looking at rental terms for longer than 3 months, however there are some co-living units that will offer 3 months and have your own bathroom.
